inquire

stage one: intake

Hop on a intro call to discuss your general needs before the proposal and contract are sent.

From there, we begin the information gathering including inspiration, a client interview, and site visit.

Designer Insight: we establish a strong foundation of functional needs, translate your values, and consider budget boundaries.

stage two: design development

We start with the broad strokes of concept creation and move into fine details to select the exact materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and color palettes that will bring the vision to life.

This phase is deeply collaborative. We present ideas, gather feedback, and adjust direction based on your input.

Designer Insight: we begin exploring high-level creative directions until the vision starts to take shape through space planning, mood boards, and color / material palettes.

stage three: documentation

This interior design process phase is where vision meets logistics, from floor plans and product schedules to specifications outlining installation details.

We create technical drawings, material specifications, and cost estimates that contractors and vendors need to accurately price, plan, and implement the design.

Designer Insight: clear documentation is essential for avoiding miscommunication once work begins. It ensures that vendors quote accurately, so there is no sticker shock down the road.

stage four: procurement

We handle the behind-the-scenes work of bringing the design to life.

That means placing orders and managing the day-to-day logistics including scheduling contractors and trades (such as electricians, painters, and installers) and troubleshooting delays or back orders as they arise.

Designer Insight: this is one of the most complex and time-sensitive stages of interior design. A single missed delivery or miscommunication can ripple into costly delays.

stage five: installation

We oversee the final stretch:

• schedule / receive deliveries

• oversee on-site installations (i.e. lighting, art)

• style with accessories, textiles, layout adjustments

• conduct a final walkthrough with the client to review every detail

Designer Insight: even with the best planning, last-minute changes or adjustments often come up. We troubleshoot, refine, and ensure that the end result lives up to the original vision.

stage six: closeout

In the closeout we gather feedback, address any outstanding issues, and transition seamlessly into everyday use of the space.

This involves a final walk through, post-installation follow up for minor fixes and delivery of hand off documents (i.e. warranties, care instructions, etc).

Designer Insight: a beautiful space doesn’t happen by accident. It’s the result of thoughtful planning, clear communication, and a structured process that brings creativity and execution into alignment.
